Gemed Healthcare Products Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. accelerated its restructuring and growth initiatives, which began in 2002, throughout 2004.
It renewed its technological infrastructure and transferred all stages—from import to shipment—into a computerized system. All processes monitored online further increased Gemed’s operational speed.
By the end of 2008, steps were taken to establish the ISO 13485:2003 system; in February 2009, the company received its certification from SZUTEST, thereby formally documenting its commitment to quality-driven operations.

The establishment of the Human Resources Department is one of Gemed’s most significant steps on its growth journey, ensuring that recruitment, development of HR systems, planning of training activities, and all human resource–related operations are conducted on scientific and objective foundations.
With the belief that “people” are the most important value behind every successful endeavor, and with a customer-oriented approach, we aim to sustain and further strengthen our leadership in the fields in which we operate.

Within the scope of quality initiatives carried out by the Human Resources Department, specific quality objectives have been defined.

The company works to increase customer satisfaction by ensuring that all services—from sales to shipment and technical support—are delivered with high quality and speed. Within the framework of the Gemed Quality System, all processes are audited together with employees, and any shortcomings are corrected based on the principle of customer satisfaction. In addition to prioritizing customer satisfaction, Gemed also values employee satisfaction and takes steps to support their continuous professional and personal development.
